EQ 重要的是E

E 代表个人本身的感情，它本身是非理性的。E 也代表empathy,
即对他人感情的领悟。我认为EQ的核心其实就是关系(relationship),
这包括横向的和纵向的感情关系。而关系的核心是爱。人没有爱，
就会被恐惧所控制，从而失去自信, 内心充满愤怒。
这导致关系的破坏，甚至走向孤独，以至于走向堕落和毁灭。
许多人为了弥补内心的恐惧，空虚的灵魂，试图用物质手段来弥补。
但物质本身是死物, 而且也会被轻易破坏损坏或丢失，
以至於物质积累越多，焦虑越大，形成恶性循环。
那么爱的源泉在哪呢？它来自与纵向的关系，灵魂的充实。
下面的“Amazing Grace”里就能看到答案：

"Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me....
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see.

T'was Grace that taught...
my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear...

and Grace will lead us home.

The Lord has promised good to me...

我若能说万人的方言，天使的话语却没有爱，
我就成了呜的锣，响的钹一般。我若有先知讲道之能，
也明白各样的奥秘，各样的知识。而且有全备的信，
叫我能够移山，却没有爱，我就算不得什么。
我若将所有的周济穷人，又舍己身叫人焚烧，
却没有爱，仍然与我无益。爱是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈。
爱是不嫉妒。爱是不自夸。不张狂。
